Since joining Protexure in 2018, Jess has held roles as Underwriter, Senior Underwriter, and Underwriting Manager, supporting new business applications, underwriting decisions, and the growth of the company’s Sub-Produced Business. As Underwriting Manager, Jess plays a key role in managing Protexure’s book of business and expanding Sub-Produced business. Through her dedication, she has contributed to the growth of the company while strengthening relationships with brokers and sub-producers.

Ryan has been a key member of Protexure Insurance Agency, Inc. since 2010, shortly after the company was founded, contributing across multiple roles from underwriting to new business sales. He currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Sales, overseeing all sales for direct clients and driving improvements in the customer experience and sales process. Ryan holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA with an emphasis in Financial Management from Benedictine University.

Known as the “go-to” person at Protexure, Fran plays a vital role in ensuring the company operates efficiently.

Andrea conducts client outreach and works directly with our insureds to facilitate timely liability policy renewals. She has over 15 years of business development and sales experience in growing a book of business, supporting client retention, creating brand loyalty, and providing ongoing customer service through effective problem-solving strategies. Prior working for Protexure, she worked in the banking industry. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, going to country concerts, and traveling.
